Hi! I’m Beth Hughes

Hi, I’m Beth—an EMCC-accredited coach, trainer, and advocate for neurodiversity. At Your Space, I help individuals embrace their strengths, navigate challenges, and build confidence in both life and work. I also support organisations in creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where neurodivergent talent can thrive.

As someone with ADHD and Dyslexia, my personal experience fuels my passion for creating inclusive spaces.

When my son Harry faced workplace challenges due to his ADHD, I dedicated myself to coaching and advocacy.

My daughter Em, born with Down Syndrome and autism, has been my greatest motivation to make workplaces more inclusive.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but I’ve turned challenges into opportunities for growth and change. Today, I channel my energy into helping others build fulfilling, sustainable careers and workplaces.

One-to-one coaching is tailored to your unique needs.

Consultations are available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with convenient half-hour slots available to book on my calendar. Simply fill out the form, pick a service, and request your time. I will contact you to confirm the booking made on my system, and once confirmed, a notification will be sent to you via email.
